Notes
| Janie had a chronic trophic ulcer on her heel since March 18, 1943. Part of the heel bone has been removed twice and had a skin graft put on and two ruptured discs removed from her back trying to get it to heal. The nerve was dead in her back is the reason it wouldn't heal. |
